The location was mind-blowing, with fashionistas strutting along the street during the day and even people camping outside at night! The desk staff were super helpful, and the free basic breakfast was a great start to the day. The kettle in the room was a nice touch, and the spacious room exceeded my expectations. It was so close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The value to quality ratio was jaw-dropping! The room itself was huge, beautifully decorated, and the hot shower was heavenly. Waiting for our night flight in the lounge area was a great way to end our stay. The building itself was stunning, and they even provided a teapot, cups, and snacks. it was an amazing experience!

The hotel has a great location, close to a metro station and in the center of the city. It's easy to explore Santa Lucia and other attractions from here. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with teapot/cups and snacks provided. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they are always ready to help.

One issue with the hotel was the lack of towels, which were not provided as promised.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration at this hotel. The furniture and artwork in the general areas were exquisite and gave the hotel a cozy and elegant feel. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people like me. The hallways and common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I wish the hotel had better facilities for senior people. It would have been nice if they had provided amenities or services specifically tailored to our needs.
